Access to data in the Synergy program is divided into four basic files:
- Agents
- Cases sent
- Cases processed
- Cases archive
- Configuration (Settings)

Agents
The function displays a list recruited in a given period of time (from-to) agents.
The list shows the basic data of agents such as:
- The name of an agent
- The number of agent
- Town
- Current percentage of your salary

Cases sent
The function displays a list sent in a given period of time (from-to) client contracts.
The list shows basic data sent contracts such as:
- Customer name
- The date of sending the matter
- The name of an agent
- The status of the case

Cases processed
The function displays a list of research (or reported) in a given period of time (from-to) client contracts.
The list shows basic data sent contracts such as:
- Customer name
- Case number
- Date of adoption / application issues
- The name of an agent
- The percentage of salary
- Type of injury

Cases archive
The function displays a list of archived in a given period of time (from-to) client contracts.
The list shows basic data sent contracts such as:
- Customer name
- Case number
- The date of filing of the case
- The name of an agent
- Reason for archiving
