Need more Improvement on features and easy UI vehicle location not accurate with good DATA speed,

Having very bad experience. Cab driver comes 10 min late and expects employee to come on time, I was on time still waited for 20 min, and cab driver don't even starts their map so we can understand where are they exactly. This behaviour is not right.
