AVOID !!! My mother booked flights through GoToGate . Needed to cancel due to a change in circumstances and gave plenty of advance notice, but was met with delays and unhelpful responses from customer service. After weeks of back-and-forth, they claimed we were no longer entitled to cancel, despite raising it in good time. Had to book with another airline in the meantime. Now escalating to the European Consumer Centre. Would not recommend booking through GoToGate.
