Very bad customer service. Even after payment is done, the the ticket confirmation, PNR and the tickets are not sent for more than 48 hours. 18-8-26 @gotogate start by emails tickets with pnr not receipts. No airport in the world will accept your receipt as a ticket. 22-8-26 ticket still not issued
