User Reviews

Overall, reviews praise EtherMail for being user-friendly and useful to crypto/web3 users, with mentions like great app and essential for crypto traders. However, several recurring issues diminish the experience: strong concerns about scams or trustworthiness; emails can disappear or be lost; login/verification problems persist on devices or after changes; customer support is often slow or automated; and wallet/crypto integration glitches can cause token losses or pool problems. These recurring problems outweigh some positive sentiment and suggest reliability, security, and support improvements are needed to build user confidence.
