Oct 2021 comment: Frustrating , out of service for 4/5 consecutive days, several times a year. December 2021 update : It works for now, and yet "remember me/beni hatırla" feature does not work, you have to enter your gsm no and citizen id every time to get an sms pass. Frustrating!! It used yo work in the previous version.
