Website doesnt work (some sort of socket issue with the payment) so was forced to download the app. The app doesnt work because payment cards cant be added because of some generic error. the user profile is also overly complicated. In short, was impossible to start a charge and app was useless.

App does not work. Charge does not initialise on post, but app thinks charge in progress with 0kw. If you press "Stop Charge" the app does nothing. I have a charge apparently still in progress despite having driven away from the post hours ago. Tech support non existent. Has this company gone bust?
