Cloud POS Middleware

Cloud POS Middleware connects your Cloud POS store to local thermal printers—so receipts and kitchen order tickets (KOTs) print automatically on the right printer.

Built for restaurants, cafés, and retail counters running Cloud POS on Android.

WHAT IT DOES
• Links this device to your Cloud POS business, location, and POS terminal
• Discovers network printers on your local Wi‑Fi / LAN (or let you enter an IP)
• Assigns printers to the terminal (cashier receipts) and departments (kitchen / stations)
• Listens for print jobs in the background and sends them to the correct printer
• Keeps printing available while staff use Chrome or other apps on the same device

HOW PRINTING WORKS
When an order is placed in Cloud POS, print jobs are delivered to this middleware device. Receipts go to the terminal printer. Kitchen tickets are routed by department—so the right station gets the right KOT.

SETUP (TYPICAL)
1. Enter your Cloud POS business code
2. Select your branch / location and POS device
3. Scan or enter printer IP addresses (usually port 9100)
4. Assign printers to the terminal and kitchen departments
5. Keep the app running (background listener) during store hours

REQUIREMENTS
• Android device on the same local network as your printers
• Active Cloud POS merchant account
• Network (LAN/Wi‑Fi) thermal printers that accept raw print jobs (commonly port 9100)
• Stable Wi‑Fi or Ethernet path between this device and kitchen printers

NOTES
• This app is for Cloud POS merchants and store staff—not a consumer shopping app
• Printer discovery runs on your local network to find store printers
• No personal social login or consumer user account is required inside the app
• For best kitchen printing, place printers where they have a strong connection to your router / network
