Whatever you've done to this app ALLSTATE, it is now ridiculously buggy, records me taking trips WHILE IM ASLEEP AT HOME, and frankly this is a big problem considering my insurance rates are TIED TO IT. ALLSTATE YOU'VE MESSED UP EVERYTHING ESURANCE AND I'M ABOUT TO SWITCH AFTER 10 YEARS BECAUSE IM DONE WITH IT.

This app is horrible. only works half the time, will start running when I am in my vehicle but does not calculate my trips. I reached out to customer service numerous times and they say its related to my device setting, which is not the case. I shared a snapshot showing that all of my device settings are correct and yet the app still does not work.
