Inner Navigation

Nothing in you runs in a straight line. Your mood, your drive, your sleep rise and fall. Once you can see the curve, you can work with it instead of against it.

Inner Navigation is a journal for reading your own cycles. You log a short daily check-in, and after a few weeks your own rhythm becomes readable: the days you have momentum, the days you don't, and what tends to move alongside them.

What you log
• A daily check-in: mental mood, body, drive to act
• Sleep, meals, activity, health and finance, each on its own screen
• Around twenty further indicators you can switch on or off — sport, caffeine, alcohol, meditation, breathwork, screen time, time outdoors, social contact, libido, weight, symptoms and medication
• A free-form journal note, with read-aloud if you want it

What the app lines it up against
• Local weather, UV, air quality and pollen
• Lunar phases, solar and geomagnetic activity (Kp index, flares, coronal mass ejections)
• Astrological positions, aspects and retrogrades, if you switch that on
These are offered as variables to compare against your own logs, nothing more. Correlation is not causation, and none of it is a forecast.

What you can do with it
• Charts and history, plus a comparison tool that ranks which external variables track your own data most closely
• Guided sessions: cardiac coherence breathing, a somatic reset, a visualization
• A 21-day starter guide, one short step a day, tied to your check-ins
• "If... then..." intentions: decide once while you are clear, log the outcome later
• Optional AI analyses and an AI coach, both reading your own logs
• Optional community statistics, built from privacy-preserving aggregates
• Export your data or delete your account from inside the app

Privacy
• A free account is required to use the app; it secures your data and makes sync possible
• Your journal and check-ins stay on your device unless you switch on cloud backup
• Separate opt-ins for cloud backup, AI on structured indicators, free-text notes to AI, AI memory, and community statistics
• Reminders are on by default and can be turned off in Settings
• No ads. No tracking for advertising
