2024-11-03	Me*****	I would give it zero stars if that was an option. App does not ring through when on personal calls so business calls are missed. I have reported this problem for over a year and no resolution. App fails to connect to server when answering calls or trying to make calls, forcing me to restart my phone. I have outstanding IT Help Desk tickets with ESI since July 2024 and have not received a call, text, or email regarding reported issues. This app is GARBAGE and ESI had horrible customer service!!!
