2026-07-08	Ty*****	what happened to this app? I am having far more trouble uploading and submitting things that I did a month ago. I have good cell service but yet it takes several minutes just to submit one thing that doesn't even include photos

2026-06-29	Le*****	0/10 this time for developers. New update doesn't work creating safety issues for users. Someone always has to stuff up something that is working well by trying to improve it. Not this time IT.

2026-06-15	Ro*****	Who screwed up the snapping feature? Once upon a time, you were able to create a point (a telephone pedestal, for example), then when you want to connect something TO said point (like the end of a telephone cable), you would move the cursor of the thing you wanted to connect NEAR the point, and it would snap to it. NOW, there will be NOTHING near your cursor, and the app wants to snap you to a random point you've created, often HALF A MILE away from your cursor! It makes the app almost UNUSABLE!

2026-06-02	Sa*****	lost 32 unsynced data points due to phone dying in the field. unsure if i can even extract them via computers. horrible gps accuracy. horrible user interface and just an absolute joke of an app... Be Better Esri.

2026-06-02	Ar*****	Bug with GPS/mobile manager. Bug with camera. If I don't use the in app camera then the app constantly re-registers or verifys on s26. If I switch to any type of media, video, camera or even getting gifs in WhatsApp then it disconnects from GPS or freezes the GPS and I have to restart the program by force stop to get it going again.

2026-05-14	Re*****	May 2025 I could rotate my offline map selection to download a 'portrait' area. Now I can only do 'landscape' oriented maps and need 4 offline maps instead of 1 vertical map!! Downloading offline maps is a gamble as to whether they'll download or get stuck in an endless loop of using data but never making progress. I used my phone hotspot with no other apps open to double-check it wasn't my wifi causing the issue. Used 3GB of data in 45mins to get half of a 2GB map downloaded

2026-04-25	Vi*****	Currently I am extremely disappointed with this app. The Haryana cadastral copy feature is completely broken. Despite multiple attempts, the layers (boundaries) do not load, making it impossible to identify specific land parcels. The "Haryana Cadastral copy Map" section stays blank. Solve it
