2026-08-11	St*****	Impressively bad. Actually crazy that such a prominent developer of the leading GIS would drop the ball so badly on an app. You can barely get by if you use very simple maps in areas of cell reception.

2026-08-09	E *****	coded by monkeys with typewriters. regularly decides to not load anything or let me log in, and the only fix is a fresh install which can take ages or be outright impossible in the field, for an application that is used almost exclusively in the field. Even when it will load stuff, everyday use is frustrating. it will refuse to present all options of what i could be clicking on unless i zoom in as close as possible. layers will refuse to load, some layers won't work unless i turn others off.

2026-07-15	be*****	slow and doesnt work often. I find myself asking survey for KMZ files using Google earth. these programmers haven't updated this app in years. its going to be obsolete soon. when it does work though, its awsome... get your app together guys!

2026-07-08	Ty*****	what happened to this app? I am having far more trouble uploading and submitting things that I did a month ago. I have good cell service but yet it takes several minutes just to submit one thing that doesn't even include photos

2026-06-15	Ro*****	Who screwed up the snapping feature? Once upon a time, you were able to create a point (a telephone pedestal, for example), then when you want to connect something TO said point (like the end of a telephone cable), you would move the cursor of the thing you wanted to connect NEAR the point, and it would snap to it. NOW, there will be NOTHING near your cursor, and the app wants to snap you to a random point you've created, often HALF A MILE away from your cursor! It makes the app almost UNUSABLE!
