ich habe vor einigen Monaten einen Kurs gekauft. Aber ich kann ihn nur über die Webseite öffnen, nicht über die App. Mein Account wird dann nicht gefunden wenn ich mich mit den Daten einlogge. habe dann in der App einen neuen Account erstellt, mit der gleichen E-Mail-Adresse, die ich auf der Webseite zum einloggen nutze. Aber da kann ich den Kurs nur neu kaufen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit für mich, den Kurs über die App zu nutzen?
