2026-08-23	Mo*****	very very bad .. maintenance bad ... then tried changing another one , locked the first one in just a minute boom 13 rm ... then tried to stop it again ( everytime it shows the warning ( boom 10 rm , then tried again didn't stop anything yet , boom another 10 another 10 another 10 ) 40 rm fines in two minutes. big time ripping off people's money. I'll never ever use it again. Bad scooters, bad breaks and worst of the worst payment ( ripping off for nothing).

2026-08-15	Ra*****	Took a while to figure out how to get it started and would not end the ride even though I was parking it next to others in a designated area and also where my friend had docked his. Ride was way too expensive and a ride share car would have been much cheaper in the end. Ride was terrible. First time and never again! Felt like I was scammed

2026-08-09	Ja*****	first time using and will be my last costed $68 to ride a total of 2.4km in a group of 4. we all got an uber home instead which was $9.10 for the same distance. App is very unclear on pricing and the is no helpfull customer service. I will not be using again or recommending this service to anyone. Not cheap !
