Family Planner: KIN-SYNC

KIN-SYNC is a shared calendar and planner built for working parents. Keep children's appointments, work schedules, notes and birthdays together in one family planner, synced between two parents.

- Add work schedules in seconds: day, night or morning shifts, leave and more, using the brush or a repeating cycle.
- See both parents' schedules at a glance in the shared calendar.

YOUR HOURS, LEAVE AND TIME OFF: ALL COUNTED
- View statistics by month, year or a custom date range.
- See hours worked and days spent on each schedule type: morning, afternoon, night and more.
- Review absences at a glance: leave, compensatory days off (RTT), recovery time, training and your own custom types.
- Only days actually worked are counted, so totals stay accurate when plans change.
- Share your statistics with the other parent only if you choose to.

EVERYDAY PLANS IN ONE PLACE
- One “+ Add” button for appointments, notes, birthdays and work schedules.
- Appointments include date, time, address, children involved, accompanying parent and reminder.
- Create sticky notes with reminders that can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
- For birthdays, add a name, date of birth and reminder; the age updates each year.
- Switch between Today, Week and Month views, with events arranged in daily order.
- Open directions in one tap with Google Maps, Waze or your preferred maps app.

USE IT SOLO OR TOGETHER
Use KIN-SYNC on your own, or link the other parent's phone with an invitation code. Your family planner updates in real time on both phones.

REMINDERS ON TIME
Reminders are scheduled on your phone and ring at the right time, even when the phone is asleep.

YOUR PRIVATE LIFE STAYS PRIVATE
Personal appointments and notes stay on your phone. Work schedules are shared only if you choose. A backup is stored in your own Google Drive. You can delete your data at any time from the app.

MAKE IT YOURS
Create parent and child profiles with an avatar or photo. Choose light or dark mode, customize colors and use the app in 9 languages.
