I am an NRE working in Dubai and use ADCB for transferring funds. However, I am facing a significant issue with ESAF Bank as the OTP for transactions is not being sent. This has made it extremely difficult to complete my transactions. To make matters worse, the customer care number is not working, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue. Please address these problems urgently, as they are causing inconvenience to your NRI customers.
