The app offers easy communication by enabling direct calls to colleagues and includes a built-in messaging service for contacting rota administrators. Additionally, CLWRota integrates with Rotamap services to provide live views of other departmental rotas within the trust, enhancing collaboration. The new 'Bids' feature allows users to request to cover uncovered sessions offered by coordinators, streamlining shift management.
