Even with 7 minutes train time to arrived, payment and ticket not yet doen, causing to wait for another 30mins. Please imrpove you rsystem, especially server and payment gateway.

2024-11-29	Ay*****	Useless application, not friendly app also, can't update my dob stops at 1990 only. Can't change the year.. Asking email ID twice, and also cannot amend it. Hopless app. Better buy ticket at counter.

2024-06-17	Gu*****	The fact that the app doesn't save any cc info for some reason exposes int'l travellers to fraud & identity theft, should they be tempted to use public wifi to reenter their cc info. Then, there is the fact that you'd have to take around 225 o/w trips at the discounted rate to ever have enough points for a single free ticket - seriously?

2024-03-18	Ar*****	Can login with Google, payment ok so far with TnG wallet and can safely scan QR during boarding, also got receipt in email. Some issues maybe with smile points redemption, doesn't show much I needed or why I have points but can't use it and should just keep the app logged in.. this isn't banking app

So remaining choice is to either buy ticket as guest (with 10% discount) or buy at counter (at full price). If you buy as guest, (1) you cannot use your points and (2) app forces you to fill up your full name, email address. An optimal app design if the intent is to discourage and make it difficult for customers from getting the best deal.
