A recent version of the app asked for permission to access pictures, contacts etc. It clearly does not need all these permissions for basic operation. It may be that it needs them for other operations and if so should be requested at the time. If you select 'No' you have the option to sign-in instead - which is also not necessary. This breaches privacy best practice. With this latest version it is also not possible to configure the alarm system. Previously support was good, but now none.

App keeps crashing in the background and when in use, requires constant reset or login. Sometimes you get notifications , sometimes you don't which defeats the object and makes for an overall poor package. Unfortunately it's not just the app, it's your alarm system as a whole. Really poor support. Will be replacing alarm with a better one supported by a proper app.
