2025-01-21	Ed*****	The updates on my account have been very slow lately. My account used to be updated when I checked it first thing in the morning and now it seems to update around noon. I like to see the daily changes with the market and it was great when I could see it early in the day. Today is 1/21/25 at 4:30pm and my app and online account haven't been updated since 1/17/25. This is frustrating and not acceptable in my opinion.

2024-12-22	Da*****	It's so darn slow! And half the time ot displays 1 or 2 day old values! Once inside the information is all there and nicely presented. But what a pain to get into and really know what your balances are.

2024-11-04	Dr*****	1. Information is not available overnight due to processing but I often need to review data during that time. 2. When I log off from the investment data, it does not log me off from the account access. I would like to log off once, not have to do it twice. November 4, 2024. App has been improved. It is faster and more reliable. Not as much downtime and I'm used to logging off. The investment data are updating during the day instead of overnight only, so that is a big positive.

2024-06-21	So*****	Their entire site is completely bugged. You can only see your accounts' balances and the last 4 digits of the account number. Every time you try to access an account's details page, you'll get an error. Avoid the app and the entire company if you want actual insight into where your money is being invested.

If you have to be 18 to use these services, at least make it start at 18 years ago. Seriously, though, have a field where the date could be entered. 2. The only verification method is a phone number. I have an old phone number. It is not active. How am I supposed to get a text at that number??? For these reasons, I probably only had this app installed for 3 minutes.
