CargoMate Driver

CargoMate Driver is the operational mobile app for assigned CargoMate drivers. It helps drivers plan, navigate, and complete shipment stops while keeping dispatch teams informed.

Use CargoMate Driver to:
• Review assigned jobs, pickup and drop-off locations, payload items, and stop details
• View multi-stop routes and get in-app driving navigation to the next pickup or delivery
• Update pickup, loading, unloading, arrival, and delivery progress
• Record planned quantities and process payloads at each site
• Capture proof of delivery with photos, documents, recipient IDs, and signatures
• View customer, location, and merchandiser information, and call site contacts when needed
• Track active trips so delivery status and ETA stay accurate for operations teams
• Review driver profile and other work-related details

CargoMate Driver is for authorized CargoMate drivers and supports active delivery operations.
