App features:
• The News functionality: it allows us to display our communication channels on a single menu, we find the official website of the ministry, live television from Educ TV and the broadcast of different issues of the television magazine Clin d'oeil on EPST.
• The EPST MAG functionality: which makes it possible to popularize the EPST magazine to a general public, which has until now been printed in limited numbers.
• The SMS satisfaction survey functionality: it sends SMS to the targeted audience by launching a USSD application which opens a question form on the desired survey.
• The MGP complaint submission functionality: it is a digital form for collecting complaints with the possibility of attaching a file or several files. Each time a complaint is filed, a unique reference is generated on the user's application in order to continually monitor the other functionality of the application, which is chatting with an agent. The application takes into account the complaint handling process according to the MGP manual, complaints related to GBV and corruption are automatically directed to the email addresses of people authorized to handle these categories of complaints, to achieve this our application uses the uses-permission android:name="android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE"/>
• The SMS campaign functionality: allows the ministry to carry out targeted campaigns on the implementation of implementation reforms.
• Chat functionality: this functionality allows text exchanges between the public and ministry agents through the DGC. Unlike the WhatsApp messaging currently used by the DGC monitoring office for collecting complaints from the public, this reinforces the confidentiality that WhatsApp does not offer in the specific mission of the MGP. It is not possible to forward a message or delete it with its attachments. Automatic archiving is carried out as soon as the connection with a correspondent is interrupted.
• The functionality requests school documents: it allows the public to request certified documents without necessarily coming to the IGE and then receiving a response within a regulated validation period.
