L'appli EPS ne s'ouvre pas avec mon Samsung S10. Edit après appel du service technique EPS : Il faut installer l'appli HOMIRIS et désinstaller l'appli EPS. Cette opération aurait dû s'effectuer de façon automatique, me dit-on, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Problème réglé.

Expérience avec EPS de pire en pire. Je suis tout le temps dérangée, voire harcelée pour rien, même quand je signale que tout va bien en cas de déclenchement accidentel de mon alarme. Et tant qu'à faire ils dérangent mon entourage inutilement aussi. L'application a tendance à bugger. J'espère changer de prestataire bientôt. Très déçue.
