Med Safety

The Med Safety app is a free, user-friendly smartphone application designed to facilitate the reporting of suspected adverse effects or adverse drug reactions to National Competent Authorities. It enables users to quickly and easily submit reports on side effects, even while offline, and track previously reported information. Users can also receive official news and personalized alerts about medicines they are taking or monitoring by creating a watch list.

This app supports medication safety by encouraging communication between patients and healthcare professionals, helping to identify unknown or poorly described adverse effects. Developed as part of the WEB-RADR project and supported by the Innovative Medicines Initiative, Med Safety empowers users to contribute to safer medication use worldwide.
