Putting the password and the login button is not responding. Also I enable the thumb login also the system is not Popping out. Please do something about it

2024-01-04	Je*****	Luckily this old app still working. I switched back to this version. The new version giving me trouble untill it says my account has been deactivated and I need to reset password. This never happen with the old version. Thank you for still keeping this old version.

2023-08-09	TH*****	Didn't know that there are TWO (2) DIFFERENT apps by KWSP on Google Playstore! Use this one "i-Akaun." Do NOT use the other "KWSP i-Akaun!" Its useless, cannot login, as it says username cannot have digits! Well, digits were allowed during signup earlier on website, and I can still login on website and on this i-Akaun app with that same username.

2023-05-30	am*****	It's a great app, I really like it, straightforward and easy to use. Just one thing tho, it's forcing me to enable notification just to alert me on unimportant thing (for me). If notification is disabled, I can't even launch the app. I don't get it at all, what's the significant of this? It really should be optional to turn off notification. Even apps from major companies don't do this. Really appreciate it if you have a look at this.

2023-05-10	Im*****	Unable to login. Error message "No internet connection, try again". Does it support android 13? Using Vivo V23 5G. I login using my old phone, no issue. Please provide update. To add on, your standard answer for our feedback which is "Feel free to contact us for assistance at EPF enquiry" does not help at all. We are looking for more proactive approach from your end. Really need to improve. Action speaks louder than words. End results says it all. Thank you.

2023-05-02	Mo*****	Worst app. How many times should i reset my password? I have wrote down my password in a book, and just refer to that when entering the password, but still the apps tell me the password is wrong!!!!!! Right now i have to contact KWSP to reset my password. Isn't that an extra job for me to do in which supposedly it can be avoided at the first place!!!!!!

2023-04-28	De*****	Keep on say password is wrong until I got locked out from the app and not able to login even with my fingerprint. I like the app, easy to see how much savings I have in my EPF. But I am not able to top up contribution, that function is a total bust. I seen other reviews saying the same so please fix that. Also, I am working in Singapore so when I try to get forget pw and key in phone number, I am not able to do so because my phone number require +65 in front and I am not able to key in the +

2023-04-13	li*****	If the "add contribution" button is not functioning properly, it should be removed as it can be confusing for users. Additionally, considering that there are seniors who use this app, it may be helpful to ensure that the font text is large enough and easy to read for all users. very confusing app !

2023-02-19	Ma*****	Not user friendly whatsoever. I can log and find using the desktop website. For some reason the app always tells me my password is wrong. It doesn't update your EPF on time. Usually about 20 to 30 days late. I have not tested out the withdrawal function yet. I'll have to update this when that happens.
