e-PetPlace Negocios

e-PetPlace Business is the app for pet care professionals in Quito: dog walkers, groomers, veterinarians, pet daycares, trainers, and pet stores.

YOUR SCHEDULE
• Configure each service on a single screen: what you offer, how long it lasts, and how much it costs, with pricing by size when needed.

• Set your own hours and schedule your vacations: families only see what you can actually handle.

• See your day at a glance: who's coming, at what time, and what still needs to be done.

SERVICE
• Before each appointment, get to know the pet: its species, age, and other relevant information.

• During the service, record what happened: photos, the route taken, and the consultation notes. For veterinary services, you can dictate the notes using your voice.

• At the end, the family receives a summary, and the recorded information is saved in the pet's history.

YOUR PAYMENTS
• Families pay in the app, in dollars, by card, or with DeUna. • See what you earned each day and what you'll receive in your settlement.

• You can also record walk-in service at the front desk.

YOUR CLIENTS
• Every pet you care for has its visit history saved with you.

• If you sell products, manage your inventory and orders from "My Shop."

YOUR TEAM
Invite the people who work with you and decide what each person can do.
