2024-05-27	EG*****	Worse customer service ever. I deposit money in but my epaypro account balance stilll zero yet my bank amount already deducted. I contacted customer service, took them like average an hour to response and another 30mins or 1 hour to settle the problem caused by their own system. Happened not only once but 7 times already since I registered 3 months ago. Today it happened again, their customer service by the name of "Nancy" didn't even response me since 10pm. Now it's nearly midnight.
