As I'm getting older, and I take medication that causes constipation I have noticed a change in bowl times, also since I was also in health care as a career I know how important it is to keep a check on bowl regularity and type of bowl movement, this simple app with a month to the view shows this easily. Only thing I would perhaps like to add is the ability to share on a graph such as excel to share with doctors.
