Was told that because my employer was partnered with [he CU that that was the only qualification necessary to join and become a member. To then be sent denial letter and have my calls ignored until a very rude girl finally returned my call. The same girl who told me my job was my qualification. Acted like I wasil in her way by requesting clarification from her.

2023-05-12	Mi*****	Only complaint is having to enter my password when doing an internal transfer. I honestly wouldn't mind it as much if requesting an external but since I use my fingerprint to access my acccount I usually have to spend time trying to remember my password.
