2021-01-09	Ma*****	I've had this app and my envirovent install for almost 3 years now and I can say the mvhr has worked flawlessly up to this point but the app is useless if it is always disconnected whenever you want to use it. This requires a trip up to the loft EVERY TIME to reset the system. Multiple calls to technical support have failed to rectify this. Switch it off and switch it back on, have you got the latest version etc is just lazy support.

2020-11-24	Ma*****	CONSUMER REVIEW - Far too simple and disconnects often. Every time i go to actually use the app in anger (check filter status or put boost on as cooking steaks) its lost connection to my unit. Then i have to remind myself how to manually set it up each time. Additionally the one thing i expected to be able to do is turn it off from the app which you cant do so when someone is having a bonfire outside and my house starts stinking of smoke I have to take a trip up into the loft.
