Its a sensible app but we found it rarely worked for us as English travellers with unlimited mobile data as it cinstanlty gave connection errors to Libertas servers. we couldnt buy a weekly pass on the bus or at kiosks, and so gave up and just bought tickets as required, thus is a great loss to Libertas company.MND.
first, it is super shame to not integrate with Google maps so you have to install separate app just to use a bus. second: in the app you can't just give start and end locations and find the route. only what you can do: iterate over nearby bus stations in hope to find a bus that stops here. maybe it is taxi mafia that prevents tourist from using buses, but it so strange for such a nice city as Dubrovnik
downloaded app it was ok for a few hours showing routes and stops. Then after a while stopped showing info needed stuggled to show my position
It's good to have it ... but it's poorly advertised (only found it on our last day), doesn't show live buses and stops on the same page and resets itself when you swap between them, doesn't show timetables from a stop, you can't search for a journey, you can't buy tickets on it, doesn't show a live location. Great start, but needs some work.
Not useful at all. Design is clumsy and info is difficult to obtain.
The option to show my location is not helpful. I expect it to show a dot where I am located, so I can see the nearby stops and lines. Now it just zooms out the map.
Pretty useless. It doesn't tell you which bus you need to take based on your location. You can use Moovit instead.
needs improvement. it's better than nothing but not very accurate and fiddly. you need to keep scrolling to find what you're looking for. location doesn't work very well. some info is missing, such as bus 38. and you can't plan a journey. but since Google maps can't see any bus routes in the area, is better than a paper map.
Not the best designed app. Gives you the information but not in a user-friendly manner. It really needs a page that includes the London tube style map they have at stations or overlays all the bus routes onto the map at once. Otherwise you have to select one by one. not the most helpful when you are working out which line is best for where you want to go. I went between a photo of the tube style map I found at the bus stop, Google maps and the app to plot my routes
I think the main purpose of this application should be to make possible to all the people - from Dubrovnik and abroad to be able to buy any kind of ticket ( one way, daily, three days, one week, mobth or more) through application just as is possible in Split. It would be a wonderfull thing to have, withoud that I don't see the purpose of this app.
