I once did a survey for them, went to several POS operators to make them fill the survey and took several pictures as evidence. Only for them to air me, they only want free services. I have accumulated some points on their app, and for months now, I can't cash out, wasted effort, time and resources. Name a thief without mentioning thief, versus scout should be mentioned. I'm done, uninstalling the nonsense app now. If you can see this, don't waste your time with them, they are not worth it.

I Can't cash out because it keep logging me out when I try to. Sincerely I don't know if it's the update or something but I prefer it the way it was before. Cus it looks like its gotten poorer. Really not satisfied with the app now

You keep updating the app and it keeps getting poorer. I can no longer log in. It keeps going off after inserting phone number getting code and putting my name. Very poor app

I am having difficulty in getting the code, it keeps saying 'internal erroe' for over a month now. I have uninstalled, reinstall and even updated it, yet experiencing the same challenge. Please fix it

I keep receiving sms to fill surveys but I can't cash out after filling surveys. There are other surveying paying platforms that are not this stressful. I have deleted this app for about three times now and I'm afraid I will still have to do it for another time and it's the final

The scouts or tasks are not consistent and now that I've passed the limit for cashout, I can't seem to cashout. Just a waste of time. Even customer care dues not reply messages.
