ENOUGH: Stop Gambling

ENOUGH is a private, supportive tool for anyone trying to stop gambling — sports betting, casino, slots, futures, crypto, day-trading impulses or anything in between.

It is not a game and not a casino. ENOUGH is a recovery companion built around three simple ideas: pause the impulse, track your progress, and feel less alone.

• ENOUGH button — when an urge hits, tap the big red button. The app walks you through a short breathing pause designed to break the loop between trigger and action.

• Clean Counter — track how many days you have been clean across one or more categories (casino, futures, sports, impulse spending). See your record streak and a timeline of past slips with the reasons you gave.

• Impulse Tracker — every Resisted or Slipped tap goes into a private diary on your device, with the amount you saved or lost and a short reason. See Saved and Lost totals at a glance.

• Personal Diary — newest-first list of every Resisted and Slipped moment, with date, time, amount and note. Long-press to delete. Filter by Resisted or Slipped.

• Group support — read what other people in recovery are posting, share your own story, like and comment. Optional small private groups for accountability with a few people you trust.

• AI guides — talk through cravings, post-slip shame or relapse planning with conversational AI guides trained on common recovery themes. Daily session limits on the free plan.

• ENOUGH Plus — optional monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited AI sessions and unlimited private group sessions. Cancel any time.

Your diary entries stay on your device and in your private user record. Group posts are visible to other ENOUGH users only when you choose to post them. No ads. No data sold.
