2025-01-03	Ab*****	I am having very bad experience with ENOC App, most of time their app is not working and need to add points manually through their yes app that also system is not updating, if by chance app is working then again you will not get points, every time need to send email then they will update points. Because of that now most of the time I try to avoid ENOC petrol station.

2024-06-29	MB*****	Constantly freezes. When working, doesn't identify the station or gives me more stations in the same spot. If we identify the station, it doesn't link with the pump. I had it for 2 months, and it never worked for me. Very frustrating. The poor, uneducated employees can't help. I caked l called customer service many times, they say nice things, promise to call me back, but never did. This app is getting uninstalled.

2024-03-02	NI*****	Terrible app. I am trying to login to enoc vip account through enocpay app past 2 years, but always showing the error"ENOC Service temporary not available, try again later". I contacted the customer center through the phone, but they are not able to resolve it. Please provide the email id of the dedicated department. Please resolve the login issue asap. 2022-08-28	Ra*****	The worst update for an app ever. It's not working anymore. Always giving a message that there is no internet connection, while everything else that is using internet is working. Hope you will fix it soon.

2022-08-14	Pa*****	What a garbage application after so called upgrade, never works, freezing on opening, non responsive, not able to detect site and even if u reach somehow to pump selection, it will never find transaction. And what is that msg u dont have internet connection, it shows 5G clearly. I would have given 0 stars if possible, its a humiliation in itself when u r struggling with this app for payment and there is a long queue of vehicles waiting

Now barely can pay through the application, it keeps showing fueling and never shows the price which supposed to pay despite closing and re-opining the application many times. Many of your teams at the petrol stations confirmed that people are facing the same issue in the application.

2022-08-06	Ta*****	Extremely unhappy and bad experience, top up amount but didn't reflect in balance, several calls, several emails, even personally visited office just one reply IT is trying to solve this issue ,this problem is with many customers you are not alon but can't give you time how long will it take, every one there seems helpless ,took months and months but no use , , totally beyond expectation.

2022-07-17	Al*****	Really bad after the latest update. The app doesn't work most of the time and then gets stuck. It doesn't recognise the station and hangs up most of the time. The app was working perfectly prior to the latest update, when it was screwed up again.

2022-07-13	MU*****	After the recent update the app is not working good. Cant check the VIP balance. Its gives error "no internet connection", when reinstall than working but VIP balance still not shown. Once app is closed than again same error comes " No internet connection". I am using andriod phone.

2022-07-11	ni*****	It deducts 1 AEd for each card you link. Not a grest fan especially when a reputed company like ENOC does so. Review of 11 -Jul -2022 ENOC team, May I also inform you that after the quite recent update of the app, it is consistently not recognising at the ENOC station esp at each QR reader pos. Not a consumer friendly approach. Thank you,
