love it . I'm hooked. For some reason when I closed the app and opened it back up it won’t let me play. I've tried everything. cleared cache, Uninstalled and installed it again. also restarted my phone. The game is frozen. it's been 4 days now. it's still froze. it's one of my favorite games. can you please fix it
