Features & Capabilities

ENGSENCE helps you learn English through podcast-style episodes on everyday topics, voiced in both US and UK English. Tap any sentence to start playback from that point, and follow along with subtitles that track the voice. Key expressions are explained in chat bubbles from Engeng, your teacher.

Beyond the episodes, the app offers choose-your-accent US or UK pronunciation, short business English videos you can use at work (BETA), and Today's ENGSENCE, a daily conversation card. VOCA BLAST is a word game where you pop keycaps to practice vocabulary, and you can review what you heard in three different ways. The app interface is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Hindi, and Vietnamese.
