Endokrinoloji Sempozyumu

Official event app for the Endocrinology Symposium. The symposium will be held on September 18-19, 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Asia, Istanbul. The app is designed for veterinarians and healthcare professionals registered for the event.

Follow the two-day scientific program, attend sessions, and carry your name badge on your phone.

What's in the app:

- Scientific program: full schedule of two days, session details, hall and time information.
- Speaker profiles: CVs and sessions the speaker is in.
- Favorite sessions: mark the sessions you are interested in, create your own schedule.
- Digital name badge: your badge code and QR code on your phone. It can be opened even without an internet connection; network congestion at the hall entrance will not cause problems.
- QR scanner: built-in camera scanner for scanning at the registration desk and session entrances. - Live Q&A: submit questions during the session, ask anonymously if you wish, and vote on your favorite questions. - Live polls: participate in in-session polls and see the results instantly.
- Instant notifications: session reminders, schedule changes, and organizational announcements.
- Add to calendar and share: add the session to your phone's calendar, send it to a colleague.
- Quick unlock: lock and unlock the app in seconds with Face ID or fingerprint.

Sempo AI

You can create a stylized profile picture from a selfie using AI. This feature is completely optional and only works if you explicitly consent. When you consent, your photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI model for image generation. If you do not consent, you can continue to use all other features of the application; you can also save your photo directly without using AI. The generated image is representative and not a real photo.

You can report a question or profile picture you find inappropriate from within the application, and you can block a participant. Notifications are reviewed by the organization team.

How to log in

There is no registration in the application; participants are identified by the organization. Login is password-free:

1. Scan the QR code on your badge or enter your badge code (ES26-XXXXXX). 2. Enter the 6-digit SMS code sent to your registered phone number.

Privacy

- No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking or analytics software.
- No location, contacts, or health data is collected. No advertising ID is used.
- Your data will not be sold.
- You can delete your account and all personal data from within the application: Profile screen, Delete Account.
