Endotrack is a health app that serves as a complementary remote monitoring tool for in-person consultations with Dr. Juan Fernández, an endocrinologist and nutrition specialist in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

It is designed for patients who want to closely monitor the evolution of their health habits and body composition over time.

It allows users to monitor sleep and physical activity, as well as the achievement of short- and long-term goals agreed upon beforehand during the consultation with the doctor.

It also serves to keep a record of injectable treatment administrations and a record of pending or past appointments with the endocrinology and nutrition service.

Every 15 days, it allows users to send remote feedback to the doctor on their progress in improving their habits, their weight at home, and any other relevant information.

It also includes a charts section that allows you to visually track progress in weight, BMI, body fat percentage, physical activity time, sleep time, and goal achievement over time.

In addition, the doctor can upload PDF documents for the patient, such as personalized diets or tips for improving sleep or reducing food cravings. For data security purposes, these documents will never include the patient's personal health information.
