I like using this app, but it is super unreliable. Can someone from customer service reach out so I can log in? Thanks

Downloaded this app with alot of optimism. But user experience has not been great at all. First, app isnt letting me sign up as a new user. "Confirm" is grayed out. App also crashes intermittently..
