I cannot get an account set up and have emailed support but no response. I need this to work for my job.

The iPhone version of the app has the ability to rescan a page during scanning. For some reason, the Android app does not. If you're scanning multiple pages, you'd better pray that you get them all right the first time or you'll have to start over again.
