The ENCORY DEALER FRONTEND Mobile Claims App offers a simple and reliable way to carry out the EDF complaint process on mobile devices in addition to the EDF interface. By connecting to the EDF, complaint items can be selected from existing invoices and given the reason for the return and photo evidence. Photo IDs can be created and complaints can be attached using the photo function integrated in the app
