no app to sustain the equipment can't control

I have the old version brought 5 years ago. Can't even connect the app remote to my system. Very cheap and no real surround settings just the basic. I can't use the app. It will not find my system. Very disappointed with the remote app. Its useless. I seriously don't recommend this system. For the price you should be able to get all the features other surround theater systems have. They haven't done any updates in years. 😒🤔

hardware is there but the software is depressingly behind. I really hope enclave improves the software to take advantage of the awesome hardware

can confirm all the negative reviews about this app. I've had my system for over 4 years and easily this app is why I would never recommend these speakers to anyone. constant loss of connection, terrible UI, why can't I adjust individual speaker volume when whole room sound is on?? I can go on and on. The speakers are great, but this app ruins the experience and makes my $1.6k system feel cheaper than a vizio sound bar (which I also have and love). No real updates in years.... Shame.

The remote has only bare minimum functionality and this app BARELY ever connects to the device. Everytime you open the app, it takes 5 mins to scan the device as new device and connect.

Does not work 80% of the time

Very poor connectivity. App does not work well. *After installing the app onto my Hisense 4Ktv, I was able to reset my external audio speakers. The Enclave Speakers, now, are working. The phone app just looped and looped. Much better, now. Thank you.

Very little thought went into the app and the UI issues haven't been addressed in over two years. This is not how you get returning customers. With the speakers always losing connection, why can't the app just notify me or the hub just reset the wireless automatically? The speakers rock. The app and hub firmware is garbage. If you get these speakers, I recommend smart plugs to turn everything off for a few minutes every day at a time you don't typically use them. Wireless issues solved.

I can't get it to connect for anything so whatever 🙄
