2026-02-12	Jo*****	before the update the app was intuitive and the best contents app I've used in restoration over the years. the new update takes away lots. thanks for reaching out. unfortunately, the only thing to be resolved was actually receiving the whole update as initially it didnt allow disposition or box assignment. photos still have issues with zoom and fish eye. moving from one content to the next is still not smooth and boxing with multiple techs is making everyone use same box (limited internet)

2026-01-06	Er*****	Very bad app and customer service. They automatically renewed my membership for another one year term even though i had notified them that i wanted to cancel it. Then they suspended my service to force me to pay for the reminder of the term. My team members struggle to use it, they actually don't even want to use it at all. Their contents module is completely useless, too.
