2024-12-07	Sh*****	Giving it one star for lack of zero stat rating. The staffs are arrogant with poor service and vernacular language. I sent a parcel and it took almost 3 days to reach Bondo and they even opened the suitcase and stole 2 wigs. Use Ena Coach at your own risk. Also their landlines they don't attend to customers whenever they are called, they just do some ads and hang up. Ena coach need to be called out and I'm leaving this comment here so that you don't be the next victim

2024-07-29	Bo*****	Please include a marker on the booking tag showing whether the bus booked is a night bus or daytime bus. They are currently mixed up, leading to confusion when someone is booking in a rush. Also, place your times in 24 hr clock system to minimise confusion.

2024-03-30	Mi*****	Kindly look at the app...it does not display full information..for instance on time of travelling it doesn't show you if its AM or PM....neither does it show in 24 hr clock system...booked a bus for 10 am turns out to be its pm....even town names dont display full, the last letter misses..
