Switched to different app after making order, came back and order history disappeared, app has no way to allow you access your orders to track them once gone

App updated Apr2024. It took my money for promotion. Gave streat cred. Then "an unexpected error occurred" my balance is now 0. Tried to place an order using credit card, same error. I am out $45 and I doubt I have any food ordered in the system. Terrible!
