2025-07-25	Az*****	Tbh I'm really disappointed. wanted to connect with team, had questions about payment. no one replied to mail and phone call. It was very important for me because I have to pay bills of 650+ units and decited to go their office.No one replied to call from lobby reception, after half hour waiting they replied, I informed them situation, they even cannot speak and understand English properly. saying only "make appointment", how i can make if u don't reply my call/mail, PARADOX
