EGsoft is a communication application mainly about work issues and has the function of managing work between members or groups of members;
Specifically, the functions are as follows:
- Report the incident briefly according to the form, track the incident every time someone "confirms" or "reports completed", the manager can accept and track the progress directly on the phone;
- Plan and track the plan in the most detailed way down to each task in the plan;
- Assign tasks with a completion deadline combined with a completion deadline warning status to help the performer and the manager know the exact information right on the phone.
