Took at least 10 steps, filled with friction, speak to our team steps, unclear progression based on what you selected for the cancelation reason, several cost reduction upsells, and even after declining 50% off, then 70% off, I still had more steps to keep telling the solution that I didn't want to keep the subscription.

2026-05-25	Am*****	budgeting app that tells you how poor you are then randomly charges you £83. No reminders, no warnings, no email, so ironic that it didnt come up in the app, a budgeting app! I didnt sign up for that. So now I have no budget for the may half term with 2 kids 🤣 what a joke. when I went to get a refund they have like 10 pages to try and trick you again. total scam.

2026-05-25	Ca*****	I have been looking for an app that has rolling budgets, to gamify daily spending - so set this up with a weekly budget in Emma which is working really well! I love that you can attach receipts to transactions; the recurring payments section; and can have certain categories excluded from reports.
