2026-06-04	Ar*****	I tried to apply manually by calling their loan agent, but they said the minimum salary requirement should be 10,000sar, while their customer service says it's 5,000 and even in their website and app it's 5,000. The customer service advise me to go to alrjahi bank, but the staff told me they don't Buyout. Their website and app has Buyout to apply for Buyout products. I wrote a complaint in their website since 2 weeks now, but no response. the complaint section in their app is not working.
