UrgencIA is an application designed by and for healthcare professionals working in emergency situations: emergency physicians, mobile intensive care units (SMUR), and nurses.

MEDICAL PROTOCOLS: Instant, offline access to validated care protocols presented as interactive decision trees. Intuitive navigation from one step to the next for rapid decision support. The protocols cover the main adult and pediatric emergencies. 70 to 90% of the protocol content is accessible in pop-ups, providing useful clarifications for improving practices and self-training, without compromising the readability of the medical algorithms used in emergency situations.

MEDICATION REFERENCE GUIDE: Detailed fact sheets for emergency medications including:
• Dosages adapted to the patient's weight
• Routes of administration and dilutions
• Contraindications and precautions (pregnancy, breastfeeding)
• Cross-links between fact sheets for easy navigation

TECHNICAL PROCEDURES: Illustrated procedures for essential technical procedures: intraosseous catheter, drainage, etc.

CALCULATORS: Burned body surface area (adult and pediatric, with information on expected fluid resuscitation during the first hours of care), severity scores, blood gas analysis tool, etc.

FULL OFFLINE MODE: All content is downloaded to the device. The application works offline, except for its AI assistant, medical challenges, and professional forum.

AI ASSISTANT: Sourced and limited responses based on validated sources (application protocols, leading learned societies), with a visual cropping system for protocols (anti-hallucination system).

TRAINING AND PRACTICE:
• ECG quizzes to improve interpretation of tracings, with continuous enrichment of the ECG database and information for the user on priority areas for improvement.
• Fun training module (medical chess games, speed games, etc.).
