2024-11-18	Bl*****	FYI alula connect your app wouldn't let me login over the weekend. The security company didn't know what was wrong could not fix it without resetting my password. I had to wait until they opened on monday. Please look it this. Thanks.

2024-11-17	Br*****	Better prices than ADT and live support, 2 stars. The app/system, 0 stars. A lot less features and details. Can't tell which door was opened & when, with app. No Quick Exit feature to leave the house, open the door to grab a pkg, or go in the garage. You have to disarm and arm every time. You can't set different volumes for different panels. The siren is annoying. The indoor Alula camera motion sensor feature isn't good. It misses activity often. Someone can enter without video capture. Useless!

If the developers would provide for controlling multiple partition security systems on its home page, I would give the app five stars. It also does not provide sensor status, for the additional participants.

2024-10-18	Br*****	"Every second counts" But I can't EVER GET IN TO THE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 app!!! Bios don't work. Saved login kicks me back to the login page again and again. And the app is ALWAYS crashing. Thank GOD the SYSTEM actually works cuz if I needed to strictly use the app to control it, my house and family would BOTH be in peril!

2024-02-05	Co*****	Phone app is slow. Half the time you have to sign back into the app even though you never signed out. The camera images are backwards or upside down sometimes.
